Blank products can be returned within 7 days of receipt of product.

Unfortunately there are no returns on custom products. You are able to cancel your order for a full refund if the product you ordered has not been produced yet.

Please keep in mind that DTF transfers are usually produced within 24 hours of the order received.

This is mostly based on the style and quantity you have ordered. A general turnaround time would be 3-6 weeks. If you are ordering for an event or sport season, we encourage you to order with this timeframe in mind.

Yes, please fill out a new customer sheet which includes your company's resale number. Once approved, we will grant you access to the wholesale portion of the site.
